| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, Grey County has declared a State of Emergency. The following public buildings have be closed to the public until further notice: The Grey County Administration Building, Grey Roots Museum and Archives, Ontario Works satellite offices, the EarlyON Child and Family Centre and the Ontario Works Van services will be closed until further notice. All of the Long Term Care homes run by Grey County have temporarily been closed to the public until further notice. Many program applications and services can be accessed online or over the phone. Residents in need of services are encouraged to visit https://www.grey.ca. For housing assistance call 519-376-5744. For Ontario Works social assistance, call 519-376-7112. For administrative matters, please email clerks@grey.ca. For all COVID-19 related information, refer to www.grey.ca/covid-19. Grey County created the Community and Business Resiliency Map in the spring of 2020, a resource that will show Grocery and Food Retail, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Healthcare, Alcohol, Community Food Programs and Free Wi-Fi in Grey County. It can be viewed here, but is not being regularly updated at this time.
