Description (Service) COVID-19 Response
Due to concerns regarding COVID 19, the following service changes have been implemented until further notice:
  • all in person meetings are cancelled, appointments will be by phone
  • service at all satellite locations have been suspended
Regular Service:
Clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario to provide access to free legal services to low income clients throughout Grey and Bruce Counties

Services offered over the telephone and by appointment include:
  • legal advice to low-income residents
  • advice on legal rights and how to proceed to tribunal if necessary
  • legal advice and assistance with Landlord/Tenant issues, employment issues, criminal injuries compensation and government services
  • offers advice on income maintenance programs such as: Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program, Employment Insurance Benefits and Canada Pension Plan Benefits
Does not practice family law, criminal law, litigation or wills and estates Will Kit is available to be mailed out

  • Neyaashiinigmiing (last Mon morning of month) - Wellness Centre, 135 Lakeshore Blvd
  • Wiarton (last Mon afternoon of month) - Salvation Army, 576 Edward St
  • Dundalk (third Mon morning of the month) - Erskine Centre, 90 Artemesia Street S.
  • Flesherton (third Mon afternoon of month) - Southeast Grey Support Services, 24 Toronto St, Hwy #10, Fire # 774292, next to the Esso Gas Station
  • Hanover (first Thu of month) - Y-Employment, 425 10th St
  • Kincardine (first Mon of month) - Canadian Mental Health Association, 865 Queen St, use back door, behind The Dory
  • Saugeen First Nation (third Thu morning of month) - Saugeen First Nation Social Services, 6470 Hwy 21, Southampton
  • Port Elgin/Southampton (third Thu afternoon of month) - Community Living, 482 Goderich St, Port Elgin
