Description (Service) | Individual or family counselling services for children, youth and their families addressing all mental health concerns including:
Services are provided through in-person sessions, by telephone or through secure video conferencing. You can request that your counselling sessions be provided in any of these modalities. Services are voluntary, private and confidential. Consent will be obtained from all parties before beginning counselling services. EAP services for families of Bruce Power employees. |

Application | Call 519-371-4773. A formal referral is not necessary to access the services. Families, youth and community partners (doctors, schools, social services, etc.) can make a referral to Keystone counselling services. Any referrals that come through a third party will need formal consent to service from the family. Keystone is not an emergency service. If you are worried that your child is at imminent risk of self-harm or harm to others, call the Crisis Line at 988 or go to your nearest Emergency Department. |
