| Description (Service) | A three-month exercise and counselling program for adults who have had a heart event in the past two years. The supervised program takes place at the YMCA and a home based program is available for those that are eligible. Assessment is done by a Registered Nurse, and if necessary the program Medical Advisor. Individual exercise guidelines are based on stress test results when available and monitored by the YMCA Cardiac Rehab Exercise Specialist. Includes:
