Description (Service) Provides assistance for young adults with developmental disabilities to transition from high school to community life * Offers planning, encouragement and support to make choices about future life directions * Provides one-on-one support for participants to reach their goals * Provides Self Advocacy Workshops to all individuals over 16 
 
Volunteers are welcomed for events and some office tasks * a vulnerable sector police check is required
