In home supports for the activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry and light housekeeping. Provides attendant services through outreach programs. Helps adults with a physical disability to live independently. Assisted Living - Scheduled and unscheduled support for high-risk seniors or adults with physical disabilities. Available in individual homes, group homes or apartment clusters Attendant Outreach - Scheduled support to assist adults with physical disabilities with daily activities to live independently at home |
