Description (Service) Assists to improve the health and quality of life of rural residents through research, education and communication * Lonely No More program links rural seniors via a weekly teleconference with a support coach. Seniors who are underserved or at-risk without mental health supports can forge social connections and access help by phone. Call for details on enrollment.
