| Description (Service) | Certified Relocation and Transitions Specialists (CRTS) and Certified Professional Consultants in Aging (CPCA) provide services based on individual needs to assist older adults with the physical and emotional stress in moving or to help individuals plan and prepare for changes to remain in their homes. Services include: * home consultation, assessment and moving proposal * moving schedule and assistance in packing, unpacking and settling in * sale of estate items, disbursement of heirlooms to family/friends and donation or disposal of unwanted items * age in place services - provide or arrange services to live at home independently and safely for as long as possible * handyman services - lawn and garden maintenance, yard work and cleanup, painting, window cleaning, minor jobs and repairs * home visits and property management for clients away on vacation or temporarily in hospital Also provides consultation for program development, needs analysis and grant applications for senior's groups |
