Description

Description (Service)

Free gym with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, free weights, BOSU, exercise balls, mats and various exercise circuits. Equipment has been donated by many community groups for anyone to use and enjoy.

  • Appointments for gym orientation, including demonstration on how to use the equipment safely can be arranged.
  • Staff are available in building during open gym times, but direct supervision is not provided.

Hours Drop-in hours once registered: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Chatsworth ; Grey Highlands ; Southgate ; West Grey
Eligibility Must submit a signed a participation registration/release and assumption of risk form, to be held confidentially on file. A Get Active Questionnaire (PAR-Q) form is available for those unsure if this activity if for them.
Application Walk in.
Languages Interpretation services can be arranged in advance, and sometimes on-demand if interpreter is available.
