4. Grey Bruce Health Unit (public health)
5. Ontario Health atHome - South West (provides home healthcare)

Offering:

• Coordinates health planning and program implementation, works to improve regional communication and efficiency
• Researches best practices to improve the direct delivery of local health care
• Works to improve access, quality and range of programs and services to promote a healthier community
• Advocates for cost effective programming to improve care
• Develops, implements and evaluates evidence-based clinical pathways, physician order sets, and other evidence-based tools
• Offers education and workshops
