Service: OUR Place Anti-Human Trafficking Youth Program

Description (Service) Anti-Human Trafficking Program:  
  • Residential Shelter: Residential space is available to accommodate youth under 16 years of age 
  • Crisis lines: Telephone and text crisis line services available 24/7 to victims of human trafficking and/or sexual exploitation 
  • Facilitates Anti-Human Trafficking workshops in schools, to help youth recognize common exploitation techniques. 
  • Public awareness campaign: Helps community members identify signs of human trafficking amongst loved ones. There is an online resource center available on the website and Community workshops. 
  • Counseling: Supportive Counseling services are available virtually to shelter and outreach clients 
  • Court Support: This service helps young clients navigate the court system.
 All services are free to the public.
