| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, the Adult Day program has been temporarily suspended until further notice Social, physical and recreational day program provides therapeutic activities tailored to meet the interests and needs of participants * offers individualized programs and activities as well as health education programs * includes transportation to and from the program and a noon meal and snacks Program assists individuals in maintaining an optimal level of independent functioning in the community for as long as possible, at the same time providing a respite service for caregivers |
