| Description (Service) | The Canadian MedicAlert Foundation provides the MedicAlert Safe & Found program. Nationwide program designed to help people with memory loss who are at risk of getting confused, leaving home and becoming lost. A MedicAlert Safe & Found bracelet is worn by the person at risk to speed up the search process by allowing police and emergency responders to quickly identify the person and assist in a safe return home.
