Description (Service)

Collaboration of community agencies and school boards working together to increase youth mental health awareness and prevent youth suicide. Provides education and information for adults and youth, support and advocacy to the community through a variety of approaches including:

promotional materials
web-based resources
awareness sessions
annual We C.A.R.E. Share event
reach out and connect with adult natural helpers in the community
data collection and analysis to determine and assist in eliminating existing barriers and service gaps
