Description (Service) | The Skills Upgrading Program is designed to help learners:
Program runs from the beginning of September until the end of June. This Employment Ontario program is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario and through the Canada-Ontario Job Fund Agreement. It is a free program for all learners.
