Description (Service) | Harm reduction and overdose prevention program provides free and confidential services, equipment and supplies to people who use drugs * Aims to prevent the spread of HIV and other blood-borne illnesses and help control unsafe disposal of needles in the community Provides:
Naloxone kits and training available to people who use drugs, friends or family members or other persons able to help someone at risk of an opioid overdose * Naloxone kits are also available from certain pharmacies Also provides referrals to other social and health services |
