The Erskine Community Health Centre is a satellite office of South East Grey Community Health Centre.

The following are regular services and programs. Check the website for any cancellations and current program times:

  • Mental health counselling
  • Appointment with Registered Dietitian
  • Substance use and addiction program, harm reduction supplies, general information
  • Wednesday Community Cafe (Brunch) - see separate 2-1-1 listing

  • Second Harvest Food Pick-ups
  • Y.U.M. frozen meals - see separate 2-1-1 listing
  • Yoga
  • Chair Fitness
  • Line Dancing
  • Form filling, including assistance obtaining identification (ID)
  • Computer, internet and phone access
  • Community Volunteer Income Tax Program - see separate 2-1-1 listing

Community Health Centre staffed by (schedules vary, open Monday-Thursday for CHC services):

Additional free programming in community by CHC or partners may include:

  • Physical activities such as walking groups (indoor and outdoor)
  • Food related programs such as nutrition education and cooking classes
  • Community gardens
  • Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions and Chronic Pain - available virtually, call for information
  • 2S-LGBTQQIAP+ Activities

  • free open gym with various equipment such as treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and free weights
  • skate exchange - offers free ice skates (delivery to Dundalk is available).

Public Comments Located in the Erskine Community Health Centre, enter off Victoria St (formerly Erskine Presbyterian Church).
Hours General office hours: Mon-Thu 9 am-12 noon and 1 pm-4 pm

Eligibility Unless otherwise noted, all community members are welcome to access services at the Erskine Community Health Centre location.
  • waitlists are in place for allied health services and priority is based on condition
  • must enroll to have a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner
Application Submit a form called "Request for a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner" to have primary care at the Community Health Centre. Other services available regardless of primary care status.

Walk in or call to register or inquire for community services and programs, as some programs have capacity limits.

Volunteers need to complete a volunteer application form and a criminal reference check/vulnerable sectors screen.
Languages Interpretation services can be arranged as needed, please be patient as it can take some time to get an interpreter over the phone.
