Hours | General office hours: Mon-Thu 9 am-12 noon and 1 pm-4 pm Please check calendar on website for program schedule; see also notices and calendar for cancellation or program changes. Other agencies may be operating programs and services outside of these hours, please contact the organizing agency for your program. |

Eligibility | Unless otherwise noted, all community members are welcome to access services at the Erskine Community Health Centre location.

Application | Submit a form called "Request for a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner" to have primary care at the Community Health Centre. Other services available regardless of primary care status. Walk in or call to register or inquire for community services and programs, as some programs have capacity limits. Volunteers need to complete a volunteer application form and a criminal reference check/vulnerable sectors screen. |
