| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, Life Directions Employment Center has cancelled all in-person visits until further notice * The staff is working remotely and are available by phone/text and email during regular business hours Agency that works with job seekers to match their abilities with employer needs in South-East Grey and provides one-on-one support that accommodates the unique needs of the jobseeker Offers a Career Resource Centre to anyone in the community free of charge * Available resources include computers and internet access, printer, scanner, fax, local job board, community resource, job coaches Offers long-term engagement to help job seekers to achieve their career goals, even after employment is secured Aims to support the recruitment, training and retention efforts of employers in South-East Grey County * Works closely with local employers to find the right match for employment needs and make every effort to ensure job success and employee retention. |
