Description (Service)

Mental Health Counselling Services of the Owen Sound Family Health Team (OSFHT) offers two mental health programs:

Brief therapeutic services for individuals who are 18 years and older experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems via individual and group modalities.
Brief therapeutic services for children and youth aged 4 -17 years experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems and/or their caregivers. Services are provided via individual and group formats. Not currently accepting referrals.

Hours	Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served	Bruce County ; Grey County
Eligibility	Ages: 4 year(s) and up Must be a patient of the Owen Sound Family Health Organization. Referral by OSFHO physician, community partner or self. 4 year(s) and up
Application	Individuals can self-refer if their doctor has a practice at the Owen Sound Family Health Organization. Call 519-470-3030 ext 120 for more information.
