Description
Description (Service) | Contains three programs: Phone Program Provides telephone-based activities and information. No computer required. Group phone calls are led by volunteer facilitators and guest presenters. Helps seniors meet new people, stay in touch with others in community and keep active and informed. Sessions run between 45 minutes and an hour. Answers4Seniors Trained volunteer resource specialists provide support, advocacy, information and assistance in finding resources and services that seniors require. Service is confidential. In-person or by phone. New Territory For Seniors Public information sessions on topics of interest and concern to seniors and others in the community. All sessions are in-person at the L.E. Shore Library (173 Bruce St S, The Blue Mountains) All services are free of charge. |
