Description (Service) Community Services identifies gaps and issues in community services/health and raises awareness about and develops solutions for those issues. Often this translates into program development.
  • SIRCH has served as an incubator for over 30 programs/services, many of which have been divested to other organizations once up and thriving. The common thread in all that SIRCH does is the focus on strengths and competencies and 'outside of the box' thinking.
  • As an incorporated non profit organization with charitable status, SIRCH currently provides the following programs/services:
    • Pre and post natal
    • Supports for families with young children
    • School readiness
    • Training programs that focus on retail and restaurant employment opportunities
    • Community kitchen
    • Thrift Warehouses in Haliburton and Bancroft
