| Description (Service) | The Security and Reassurance Program provides quick daily phone calls to check in on clients to make sure all is well. Service is provided by volunteers, free of charge. Community Support Services enable seniors 55+ and adults 18+ with disabilities and/or illness and their caregivers to remain independent at their place of residence for a longer period. |
