| Eligibility | Ages: 18 year(s) and up Deemed eligible and referred by Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) under the Services and Supports to Promote the Social Inclusion of Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act, 2008. Residing within the HKPR area The APS program is primarily intended to support individuals who live substantially on their own but the APSW guidelines allow other eligible individuals to receive support for a limited time, typically up to a year. This can include individuals living in residential programs or with family members. |
