Description (Service) | Providing transportation for clients needing to attend medical appointments that have no other means of getting there.. The trips may be local or long distance. Our Community Support Services Sprinter Handicapped Accessible Van provides transportation to people unable to transfer into a passenger vehicle who need to get to medical or other appointments both inside and outside of the County. A minimum of 48 hours working notice is required in order to be booked for transportation service. To utilize the sprinter handicapped accessible van, as much notice as is possible should be provided to try to entertain the request,. |
