Description

Description (Service) Providing transportation for clients needing to attend medical appointments that have no other means of getting there.
  • Trips may be local or long distance.
  • Community Support Services Sprinter Handicapped Accessible Van provides transportation to people unable to transfer into a passenger vehicle for medical or other appointments both inside and outside of the County.
  • Minimum of 4 business days notice is required to book transportation service.
  • To utilize the sprinter handicapped accessible van, as much notice as is possible should be provided to try to entertain the request.
