Description
| Description (Service) | Meals on Wheels provides meals for seniors (55+), adults with disabilities (18+), new moms (up to 12 weeks post-partum), those on short-term convalescence (usually 10 weeks) and their caregivers. Suitable for low salt, low fat and/or diabetic diets. Special diet puree, minced, renal, gluten free, no lactose and 87 Na (low salt) meals may be arranged by special order. Meals must be ordered a week in advance for pick-up or delivery. Schedule:
