  • publishes the free Guide to Programs and Services for Seniors in Ontario, available online or in print ; for Publications Ontario call ServiceOntario Publications 1-800-668-9938
  • oversees compliance with and enforcement of Ontario's accessibility laws, develops and maintains accessibility standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), supports development of educational resources on accessibility
  • oversees the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA)
