Court Diversion for Aboriginal pre and post charge for adults and youth

uses a holisitc alternative to the criminal justice system with the client and community taking responsibility for its members
diverted individuals agree to carry out a plan that seeks to restore balance
encourages community involvement to help bring balance and harmony to the individual's life, community and nation.
