Open Fire violations fall under municipal by-laws * burning permit required for any open fire is available from the municipal offices at 10 Robert St. W. * failure to apply for permit could result in prosecution Smoke alarms are required on every floor of a house or apartment unit * must be maintained by the occupant or owner. |
