Good Food Box order and pick up depot * provides affordable produce on a monthly basis. Call by the seventh day of the month to place an order. Good Food Boxes must be pre-ordered and paid for in person by the 7th of each month at CHIGAMIK, 845 King St. #10.
Kitchen Talk a free weekly program running Thu 11 am-2 pm at Knox Presbyterian Church,
539 Hugel Ave. Learn how to prepare simple and healthy recipes, dine together and take food home. No need to register, just drop by and join in.
Little Chefs a free 8 week (call for exact dates) program at Chigamik, 845 King St #10 * usually runs Mon 10 am-1 pm * Parents, caregivers and their children are encouraged to join in on this group cooking program to teach their kids important skills in the kitchen and take pride in eating what they've made.
No need to register, just drop by and join in.
