Description (Service)

Program combines dance and movement therapy for individuals with chronic pain

explore the physical, emotional and spiritual components of dance therapy, especially for those living with chronic pain.
These sessions provide a series of movements that can be followed individually or with a partner in the comfort of your own home.
These sessions are suitable for people living with Fibromyalgia, arthritic conditions or any type of chronic pain.
participants learn coping strategies that engage the brain's plasticity to promote changes in neural structures that influence how you experience and process chronic pain
No dance experience required! This program runs quarterly* 6 week program
