Description (Service) Program combines dance and movement therapy for individuals with chronic pain 
  • explore the physical, emotional and spiritual components of dance therapy, especially for those living with chronic pain.
  • These sessions provide a series of movements that can be followed individually or with a partner in the comfort of your own home.
  • These sessions are suitable for people living with Fibromyalgia, arthritic conditions or any type of chronic pain.
  • participants learn coping strategies that engage the brain's plasticity to promote changes in neural structures that influence how you experience and process chronic pain 
  • No dance experience required! This program runs quarterly* 6 week program
