Description (Service) | Activities include * planting and caring for vegetables, herbs etc * sharing the harvest with local food banks and organizations that provide food access * educating and advocating for food security, ecological and sustainable gardening practices, permaculture * promoting community partnerships, local and organic food and learning about wild edibles Individual garden plots of 4'x6' can be rented, contact for information. Share the Work, Share the Food Philosophy We strive to strengthen our community through food. Produce from the garden is meant to be shared with individuals and families who are in need and those people who assist in the gardening activities which produce this produce. |
