| Description (Service) | The Sweetwater Harvest Festival brings together the past and the present methods of the maple sugar harvest. Visitors can see and taste maple syrup produced in Wye Marsh's modern sugar shack. There is an all day pancake breakfast, sugar shack demonstrations, maple taffy tastings, wagon rides, live animal shows and kids activities. Celebrate a uniquely Canadian tradition in a distinctively Canadian landscape. Escape to a time when maple syrup was made over an open fire, experience our history and explore nature at its best. |
