Description (Service) | Promote diabetes awareness from an Indigenous perspective. Assists Indigenous communities in identifying appropriate resources and services, planning, prevention and awareness strategies and coordinating community/regional programs and events based on community needs. Provides information sessions, information booths, presentations, resources and workshops to communities. Presentations, workshops and coaching opportunities available:
