| Description (Service) | Kin-Nod-Mo-Win Diabetes program is to assist individuals who are at risk of acquiring diabetes or are currently suffering from the effects of diabetes (Seesa Bock Wit Opiniah = sugar sickness). The program uses a traditional and wholistic approach, which embodies the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual side of one's being. It is a pathway to individual and community health and wellness. Services include:
