Description (Service) Homes for Special Care provides a supported group living environment with meals and assistance with daily living *financial assistance for eligible clients, clothing, medication, medical needs, access to recreation and social activities, transportation and other supports* promotes recovery, improved mental health and well being.  
Community housing development and leadership in promoting safe, affordable housing options.

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
Adults with a psychiatric disability coming out of hospital and unable to live on their own.
