Description

Description (Service) Transitions homeless individuals or at risk of homelessness to become self sufficient and improve the quality of their lives. Offering:
  • transitional housing complex with 20 units for short term housing and supports
  • on-site client programming to improve life skills, social connections and recreational activities
  • support services to transition to long-term and permanent housing

Areas Served Christian Island ; Midland ; Penetanguishene ; Springwater ; Tay ; Tiny
Eligibility
  • Individuals 18 years and older
  • Families experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness
    • Application Referral from Simcoe County Coordinated Access system.
    Languages English
    Fees Service - Rental Fees are required. Call for details.
