Description (Service) Healthy Living program helps community members to:
  • increase their levels of physical activity and cardiovascular health
  • become smoke-free
  • increase their knowledge of nutrition
  • develop healthy eating practices and weight management
  • weekly programming includes Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Gentle Yoga
Healthy Kids - education on healthy eating 
  • increased physical activities for children, teens and their families
  • The Healthy Kids Program allows children to build relationships, increase confidence, reach personal goals and live healthy lifestyles.
