Eligibility | Must fall under the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care's definition of a senior and live within the North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN catchment area. Must have a valid OHIP card. If under 65 must have a physical conditions making them dependent on having a wheelchair for mobility. Age Requirements: Ages: 55 year(s) and up; Residency Requirements: North Simcoe Muskoka |
