Description
Description (Service) | Provides advocacy for Indigenous people (regardless of legal definitions) who become involved in the justice or family court system; and assists them to understand their rights, options, and responsibilities when appearing before the courts. The program seeks to ultimately reduce the overrepresentation of Indigenous people in the Canadian justice system. |
