Description (Service) | The Ontario SPCA's mission is to facilitate and provide province-wide leadership on matters related to the prevention of cruelty to animals and the promotion of animal welfare. One of it's most important functions is providing temporary shelter to abused, neglected and unwanted animals. The society works diligently to provide homes for thousands of wonderful pets each year. In addition to that we also provide the following services:
