| Description (Service) | provides referral services, treatment plans for addiction and mental health, and case management at all stages of recovery * provides information and referrals to indigenous and mainstream residential treatment centres, withdrawal management services, and aftercare programs * also provide referrals to several types of counselling based on client needs - addiction counselling, trauma therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, traditional life coaching, etc. * ensure that community members have access to both cultural and mainstream services, depending on their individual needs * services are available to all Beausoleil First Nation band members that are Christian Island residents. |
