Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the office will be closed to the public until further notice * Appointments will be conducted virtually (by phone or video) * All group programs are temporarily on hold Regular Service: Offers primary health care services including consultation and care provided by Nurse Practitioner * complete physical exams * diagnosis and management of episodic illnesses and injuries such as colds, rashes, lacerations * management of chronic diseases * lab services for registered patients only Mondays and Thursdays |
