Description (Service) Promotes the prevention of cruelty to animals. Investigations into complaints and incidents of animal cruelty Seek adoptions of strayed, abandoned and surrendered animals to good homes. All animals are spayed or neutered and receive all vacinations before adoption.  
Provide shelter to animals being treated cruelly
