Public Comments	There is no physical office or coordinator located in Muskoka. Residents in the area will be serviced out of Barrie or Sudbury depending on their location.
Hours	Central intake: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility	Ages: 16 year(s) and up Youth, Adults, Seniors 16 years and over, under 16 years of age by exceptional circumstances Self referral or health practitioner referral
