Description
Description (Service) | COVID-19 Update Appointments may be completed by phone or virtually as determined on a case-by-case basis. Regular Service Support for people living with pre-diabetes or diabetes. Support for pregnancy with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes. One-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, healthy eating, how to administer insulin and use insulin pumps. Registered nurse, registered dietitian and Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) on staff. Periodic education and awareness seminars and workshops are offered to the general public in the community. |
