Description (Service) | Provides assistance for people who may need financial support for transportation and who do not have access to other public or agency-provided transporation services. There are no restrictions on what kind of trips can be take, however there is a $2000 per year maximum. |

Application | Indivduals interested must first complete the Application Form to be enrolled Once approved, a Trip Application Form will need to be completed for each trip the individual wishes to take. Funds can be reimbursed for trips already taken. Funds can also be provided in advance. The Trip Application Form needs to be completed a minimum of three weeks in advance, to ensure enough time to process appliction. Receipts must be kept for all trips. |
