Description (Service) Assists residents of Muskoka District who require financial assistance to pay for eyeglasses, assistive devices, dentures and dental work 
 
All other available funding assistance must be accessed prior to making application to the Foundation and declared on the application * Purchase of services or equipment must not be done before the request is approved * Applications are reviewed several times per year as needed 
 
Provide small bursaries of $1500 to assist with costs of post secondary education for students, including home schooled, in financial need * Applications available at all secondary schools in Muskoka District

Application Applications can be picked up at one of the following locations: 
District of Muskoka Administration Building, 70 Pine St, Bracebridge, ON  
 
or: Huntsville Employment Resource Centre, 110 Main Street E Huntsville. ON 
 
The application, including an estimate of the funds needed, must be filled out completely and mailed to the PO Box noted
