Regular Service
Health services department for Wahta Mohawk First Nations.

Services include:
  • Homemaker services and Meals on Wheels program for seniors living in the community
  • assistance setting up volunteer transportation to medical appointments
  • community liaison for Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program through Health Canada (NIHB provides status Indians with medical coverage for a variety health services not covered under OHIP)
  • information and referrals to counselling services, shelter's, children services, anger management courses and more
  • various programs and events through out the year (ex. yoga, shopping trips, sporting events, Christmas dinners)

Hours Administration Office: Mon-Thu 8 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8 am-2 pm
